Yoga will be Friday, January 19th at 11:00. It is being held at Dancers’ Workshop. Come in comfortable clothes, bring a mat, and, if you choose , a donation to them for allowing us to use their space. Lunch Bunch follows at J. Alexander’s. Let Janel know if you are coming. 🧘‍♀️🍽️

We celebrated the holiday season with good friends, yummy treats, and Toys for Tots Marines! Thanks to a Christmas Flash Match, the donations that CAMSA gave ended up with over $4200 dollars to the Toys for Tots organization! 🎁🎄🎉

The donations that were collected to benefit the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank were reported to be over $2300 dollars in monetary and food donations. This translates into serving 6,900 meals! Thank you, CAMSA friends! This means a lot to the GBRFB. They have invited us to come volunteer on site any time. Check out the fun we had the day of the Fall Coffee:
