Graduate school can be rewarding, challenging, exciting, and exhausting… sometimes all at once. In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to remind our graduate students that taking care of yourself is an important part of your journey. 💭

Take this as a sign to rest, ask for help, and move at a pace that does not cause burnout. ✨ Your well-being matters just as much as your academic achievements.

If you or someone you know needs help, check out the last slide with listed services that are available around campus. 💜
