Congratulations to our April Employee Spotlight Desaray! Desaray has been with BIG for just over a year. She has made an impact in both Madison’s and Kat’s classroom and she now is the Program Manager over Kat’s SBT room. She has built wonderful friendships with each client she works with and it is evident that she has such a passion for the field of ABA. Desaray graduates from her BCBA program in September and we are thrilled to have her as a part of our team. Thank you for all of your hard work Desaray!

Our leadership team has been having so much fun at the 2026 CASP conference in Las Vegas, Nevada! Getting to represent BIG among so many like minded individuals is such a privilege and we are so excited to have been given this opportunity!

It’s our first ever BIG Prom Court and the results are in!! 👑 Each of these wonderful staff members were voted by their fellow teammates for these awards. Congratulations to Ethan, Troyan, Whitney, Wei, Lacy, Rachel, Amber, Alyssa, Brad and Emme! Your hard work is so appreciated and congrats on being the first members of our BIG Prom Court!!❤️🥳

Every child deserves to feel understood, supported, and accepted. During Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month, we celebrate the incredible ways our kids learn, communicate, and show us the world through their eyes. We love watching each and every child—past, present, and future—that we have the opportunity to work with, learn and grow. Thank you to our families for trusting us with such an important job!

Thank you so much to the Louisiana State Troopers for coming to BIG to help us celebrate Community Helpers week! We were given the opportunity to check out the squad car and learn how police officers help in the community. Thank you again to Trooper Shelby Mayfield and Trooper Albert Latham, we were so lucky to have y’all! 🚔💙

Congratulations to our March Employee Spotlight Daniel! Daniel has dedicated his time here at BIG in Shay’s classroom. Through spending a little over a year in Shay’s room we have seen him learn so much by advancing to a CABAS® Teaching Assistant 1 and has really grown into his role as a line tech. He especially executes one of our core values “Be fun” by developing friendships with the clients that truly show just how much Daniel values his job! Thank you for all that you do for us Daniel!
