Before you sign off for the weekend, everyone say hi 👋 to Kierstin, Care Of Creative's amazing Spring 2023 intern!

Kierstin is a junior at LSU majoring in Digital Marketing and she has been such a huge asset to COC these past few months! When she's not making it happen for our digital clients, Kierstin is a sucker for a relaxing night with pizza and Gilmore Girls (and honestly, same!).

Fun fact: Kierstin was raised in Louisiana but spent eight years living in Texas. Although she enjoyed Texas, she realized she missed Louisiana too much so she decided to move back and transfer to LSU.

And we are so glad to have her! 🤗 She is always eager to expand her knowledge of marketing and social media, so be on the lookout for all the great things she does!

First month of the year always seems like a whirlwind, and Jan 2023 was no different! Anyone else feel like that??

So quick, let’s do a little January check in:
☑️ What are you proud of that you accomplished?
☑️ What did you set out to do but didn’t quite check off?
☑️ What do you need to change or take action on to make it happen?

Y’all, something about me is I can never fully disconnect from my art school days, so I really LOVE a good feedback loop!! A format I like to follow and use often is “I like / I wish / I wonder” - or in other words, the questions I asked you above! 😉 You can do this to check in with yourself, check in with clients, teammates, etc. It’s a great way to see what’s working, what’s not, and how you can improve.

Collecting feedback and data are critical to solid strategy, and it doesn’t have to be all boring numbers and stats! Could you see yourself using this feedback loop method? Let me know how!
