May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚 At the EBRPSS Mental Health Services Department, we believe that mental health is just as important as physical health—for our students, families, and entire community. Mental health struggles are common, but stigma can prevent individuals from seeking help. This month, we encourage everyone to:
✔ Check in with your children, students, and peers
✔ Listen without judgment
✔ Speak openly about mental health
✔ Seek help when needed
If you or someone you know needs immediate support, call or text **988**, the Su***de and Crisis Lifeline—help is available 24/7. Wear Green for Mental Health 💚 Join us on May 13th by wearing green to show your support for mental health awareness. Together, we can spark conversations, reduce stigma, and remind our students and community that mental health matters. Together we can create a community where everyone feels seen, supported, and empowered to care for their mental health.
