I was taught to use my God-given gifts of wordcrafting and humor to overcome a substance addiction that began at the age of 12. I have maintained a sober lifestyle for over 26 years. If you are happily married, you are blessed beyond measure. If you are not, there is hope, if both of you are willing to put in the work. If you are single, there are still good people out there. Transformation, however, begins and ends, in the mirror. The most dangerous question that you can ever ask God, is to show you, yourself; but if you are willing to take accountability, there are untold blessings on the other side. Anyone can change. I'm living proof.
