Hi Busy Bee families! Due to the icy weather we will follow the decision of BISD and close for tomorrow Tuesday January 31, please stay tuned for updates about Wednesday!

BISD has decided that for the safety of the staff and children, a 2 hour weather delay is necessary… therefore Both locations of Busy Bee will open at 8:30 in the morning. Please watch for additional updates in case the weather worsens and they decide to close. Stay safe and stay warm!! ❤️🐝❄️

BISD is closed Monday.. however, Busy Bee Academy and Busy Bee Learning Center will be open! We escaped the freeze with little damage and will finish fixing that up tomorrow!

BISD has cancelled school for the rest of this week, Busy Bee Academy and Busy Bee Learning Center will also close for the week... with road condition the way they are and power going in and out it would not be safe to have the children at the center. Monday we will be ready to see everyone and hear all the great stories of our crazy blizzard 🤣❤️🐝

BISD has decided that it is in the best interest of everyone that there is no school on Tuesday February 16 and Wednesday Feb. 17 ... Busy Bee Academy and Busy Bee Learning Center will also close for these days. I will update as soon as I know about the status for Thursday and Friday

BISD has decided that for the sake of safety there will be a 2 hour delay in the start of school tomorrow Friday Feb.12... this means Busy Bee Academy and Busy Bee Learning Center will also open 2 hours late at 8:30. Please stay warm and safe!!

Hello Busy Bee Learning Center!! We have received an email with recommendations from DFPS concerning our current situation with COVID-19...
So we will be taking the following precautions for the upcoming week

- Jenna will be on the front porch area to screen all children for COVID-19 symptoms including temperatures above 100.4 degrees and signs of respiratory illness and she will be denying entry where warranted

We are also being told to require parents and other adults remain outside the facility during drop off and pick up time, so Jenna will be there to bring your child to the door when you come for pick up.
