Last chance to join ADC, classes start tomorrow ❤️🔥
Hard conversations don’t fail because of the topic.
They fail because we skip structure.
Most people jump to content and ignore:
• Context
• Underlying concern
• Connection
In ADC, you learn a repeatable framework for high-stakes dialogue without damaging trust.
Conflict is predictable. Skill makes it productive.

🥊 Breaking the First Rule of Fight Club
This Friday, I’m sitting down with Rich Bartlett (co-founder of The Hum) to talk about what really happens when collaboration meets conflict.
We’ll explore what it takes to work with tension instead of around it.
• How power, partnership, and purpose all collide when you stop pretending everyone agrees.
• And why learning to “fight better” might be the most essential leadership skill of our time.

Endings matter. Too often, workshops or events trail off with awkward goodbyes and a lingering sense of unfinished. That’s why I love this game—it gives everyone a chance to be seen, to share the small but powerful moments that made an impact, and to leave feeling connected instead of scattered.
As facilitators, that’s the gift we want to offer: not just content, but an experience people carry with them. And one of the most powerful tools we have to do that is feedback—knowing how to give it, receive it, and integrate it without losing connection.
💡 If you’ve ever wondered how to get better at that, join us for Feedback as a Superpower—a free experiential workshop where we’ll play with feedback, share some quick tips from our Master Facilitation Skills program, and give you a taste of what’s possible when feedback becomes fuel for growth.
