Welcome back, Warhawks! ❤️🖤 We hope everyone had a great first day!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table at BTS Night! We loved seeing so many familiar faces, as well as meeting so many new ones!

We’ve also loved seeing all the photos in front of the balloon arch, courtesy of Whitnie VanUtrecht! She always does an amazing job making our events extra special. Thank you, Whitnie!

A huge thank-you to everyone who contributed to the snack drive! Because of your generosity, our bins are full and students who forget a snack or aren’t able to bring one will have something to enjoy.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who signed up to learn more about or help with PACT events. We truly appreciate your support and are so excited for a great year together!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who joined us for our Playground Grand Opening! ❤️🖤 It was so much fun watching our students enjoy a playground they helped choose back in the spring. Seeing their excitement made all the hard work worth it!

A few important reminders as we work to get the area around the playground established:

🌱 Please continue to stay off the new grass. We’re hopeful that by early to mid-September, the grass will be established enough for us to remove the caution tape.

🏐The Gaga Ball pit will remain unavailable until the surrounding grass is ready.

We also want to give a few special shout-outs to the people who helped bring this project to life:

🛝 Austin from Midwest Playscapes Inc. — Thank you for working with us to design and bring this incredible playground structure to life!

🚜 Aaron Schock — Thank you for all the heavy lifting with the dirt work and seeding to make sure our grounds are solid and ready!

🪧 Mr. Ryan J Groom — Thank you for your hard work on our signage and for helping add those finishing touches!

It’s almost that time!

The North Mahaska PACT is already hard at work planning for an exciting 2026–2027 school year! 🎉

We're looking forward to another year of supporting our students, teachers, and school community through fun events, meaningful projects, and opportunities to make a difference.

Thank you to everyone who volunteers their time and talents to make NM PACT a success. If you’ve been wanting to get involved, we would love to have you!

Hope everyone is enjoying the first day of summer break! ☀️😎

Looking back on last week, Fun Day 2026 was a huge success! From inflatables and outdoor games to kickball, chalk, bingo, a glow dance party, photo booth, snack station, and Snow Biz treats — the day was filled with nonstop fun, laughter, and memories our students will never forget.

A very special thank you to the amazing volunteers who helped make the day possible: Tara Stout, Joi Stout, Jennifer Readshaw, Megan Boender, Ashley Vanderwilt, Amy Kitzmann, Whitnie VanUtrecht, Acacia Morris, Mary Jo Hibler, Alicia Arkema, Kim Thompson, and the Jr. High/HS study hall students.
Your time and willingness to help created such a memorable experience for our kids, and we are so incredibly grateful for each of you!

A huge thank you to Snow Biz for your extraordinary generosity in providing every elementary and Jr. High/High School student with a free treat!

Thank you to Laser Alley & JP Rentals for supplying the inflatables and adding so much excitement to the day!

Thank you Whitnie VanUtrecht for the always amazing photo backdrop! Loved seeing all of the smiling faces in front of it!

To our teachers & paras — thank you for embracing the chaos, joining in on the fun, and helping make the day so special for the students.

Most importantly, thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your child’s elementary memories. Fun Day 2026 was definitely one for the books!
