I am SO PROUD to have had the opportunity to provide input and insight in the development of this product.

Introducing Armor. Honestly, in my 30s this would’ve saved me a lot of trouble and frustration while I was working through my chronic health issues stemming from poor gut health. It’s almost as if I manifested it into existence. 😉

Who’s it for?
• Those struggling with digestive issues
• Those who feel like they’re not getting the most from the foods they eat
• Those whose lives seem to revolve around sensitivities, elimination diets, and food restrictions
• Those dealing with constant gas, bloating, and intestinal discomfort
• Those looking to support gut barrier integrity and overall digestive wellness

I often talk about the importance of a well-rounded gut health routine that includes prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics.

What are postbiotics?
Think of postbiotics as the beneficial compounds created when good bacteria do their job. While probiotics are the beneficial bacteria themselves and prebiotics are the fibers that feed them, postbiotics are the helpful byproducts they produce. These compounds may help support the gut lining, promote a healthy digestive environment, and support immune function within the gut.

What makes Armor unique is that it doesn’t stop with colostrum. It also includes L-glutamine, an amino acid often used to support the cells that line the intestinal tract, along with a prebiotic fiber to help nourish beneficial gut bacteria.

Armor is revolutionary. ♥️

This is for all of you who, back in January, set a goal to “finally transform your body by summer.”

So you did what you’ve always done.

You started another diet.
You promised yourself you’d exercise more.
You told yourself, “This time I’m going to be different.”

The reason it didn’t work - it CAN’T work- was because you were never trying to build a lifestyle.

🏁You were trying to cross an imaginary finish line.🏁

The reality is that if wellness is going to be sustainable, it has to work in REAL life.

On weekends, during vacations, during stressful seasons.
It has to work in unstructured June just as well as it works predictable and orderly January.

Wellness is a continuum, not a destination.

And that all-or-nothing mentality is one of the biggest reasons people spend years stuck in the cycle of yo-yo dieting, constantly starting over instead of learning how to keep going.

So every month felt like starting over.
Every weekend felt like falling off the rails.
Every vacation, birthday party, and family gathering felt like a setback.

And now summer is here.

Maybe you didn’t reach the goal you set for yourself. Maybe your brain is offering up that unhealthy thought:

“Well, what’s the point now?”

The point is that your health was never supposed to have a deadline.

The goal was never summer.

The goal should the rest of your life.

Real transformation isn’t physical, it’s allllll mental, baby! 🧠 Your thoughts & beliefs drive your behavior - so let’s start there.

If this resonates with you, we need to work together. You & me, one-on-one. Type me in the comments for more into!

It’s been a while, friends and I’ve missed your guts. So here - have a recipe.

Your new favorite high protein condiment.

3/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Splash of apple cider vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 Tbs mayo (optional)

Mix well and let sit for a bit before enjoying. It’s a great veggie dip, delicious with chicken tendies, and tastier than just mayo, IMHO. There ya go! Love you bye. 😘

Such a proud moment. ❤️

The mental burden of T1D is hard to describe. For adults it can feel soul-sucking…but for a child? A child right on the eve of the teen years?

I worried endlessly.
About his physical health.
About his mental health.
About the ways this disease might hold him back in life.

So when his freshman year rolled around and he randomly announced he wanted to play basketball, we were both thrilled…and hesitant. He had zero experience. Freshman year, his best friend literally had to show him how to pivot during halftime. 😂

And the worries never stopped running through my mind.
Would he go low on the court?
Did he have enough insulin in his pump for his away game?
Mid-game site changes (he hated this).
Was his pump charged? Did I remember his charger?
Did his CGM fail?
Did I double-check that he had glucose tabs?
Would high blood sugar affect his ability to think clearly?

Fast forward to his senior year, and the growth we’ve watched, both as a player and as a human, has been incredible.

But what makes us most proud isn’t just the basketball. It’s who he is. His spirit. His character. His sense of humor that lights up every room he walks into.

To see him recognized not just for what he has overcome, but for who he is…that’s everything.

You are so deserving of the Maine McDonald’s All Stars Spirit of the Game Award - you have never let diabetes crush your spirit and we couldn’t be more proud of your growth, but most of all who you are as a person. 💙
