Hi everyone!
MS1s, welcome back from Spring Break! Everyone else--hope you had a good weekend! The Teaching Kitchen, partnering with the Student Wellness Initiative, will be holding its next session this Tuesday from 5-7 PM. The theme of the night is meal prep, and the menu will include a chicken and vegetable stir fry with quinoa, a one-pan roast chicken breast with onions and root vegetables, and oatmeal energy balls.

The link will close tomorrow (4/1) at 9 pm, at which point 10 people will be chosen, based on a random lottery, and contacted to confirm their spot.
All ingredients and materials for cooking will be provided, and, of course, the food will be eaten at the end!

Calling all chefs, bakers, nutritionists, and more! The B'more Healthy Cookbook is calling for recipes from the Hopkins Community and the Baltimore Community at large. The B'more Healthy Cookbook is a community recipe book that aims to encourage healthy eating in Baltimore at an affordable rate. You can submit any favorite tasty and nutritional recipes for consideration in the upcoming cookbook by filling out the submission form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScYOgiPWirCyyuPz29W2wCx4bq_Z7TmWhd6jLhRHWaNwwzeTw/viewform) no later than July 25th, 2018.
