Today we celebrate the achievements of the Archbishop Curley Class of 2026.
This graduating class earned 423 college acceptances to 51 colleges and universities and received more than $23 million in scholarships and merit aid. Their paths forward reflect the many opportunities available to Curley men, with graduates pursuing four year and two year institutions, military service, and skilled trades.
Congratulations to the Class of 2026. We are proud of your accomplishments and excited to see all that you will achieve in the years ahead.

Last evening, Archbishop Curley High School proudly celebrated its 62nd Commencement Exercises at the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen as the members of the Class of 2026 crossed the stage and joined Curley’s proud tradition of alumni.
We were honored to welcome Mr. David W. Kinkopf, Executive Director of Catholic Charities of Baltimore, as our commencement speaker. His words challenged our graduates to give thanks and lead lives of faith, as they begin the next chapter of their journeys.

Last evening, Archbishop Curley High School celebrated the Class of 2026 at the Sixty-Second Annual Baccalaureate Liturgy. A mass will be held at 11am in the Suehle Auditorium at Archbishop Curley.
A reception will follow in the Student Dining Room from 12-2pm. A brief program honoring Fr. Donald will begin at 12:45pm.

Last night, we celebrated another outstanding year of Curley Athletics at our Varsity Awards Banquet. Congratulations to all of our student-athletes who were recognized for their hard work, dedication, leadership, and accomplishments throughout the year.
A special thank you to 105.7 The Fan’s Jeremy Conn for serving as our guest MC and helping make the evening memorable.
We were also honored to welcome Dr. Tony Dahbura, former Co-Owner of the Hagerstown Suns and Executive Director of the Johns Hopkins University Information Security Institute, as our guest speaker. His message on making connections was something that will leave a lasting impact on our young men.
Thank you to our coaches, families, faculty, and supporters for continuing to invest in the success of our student-athletes both on and off the field.

Curley is pleased to announce that Archbishop Lori has appointed Mr. Kenneth Pipkin as the next principal of Archbishop Curley High School, effective July 1, 2026.
Since 2021, Mr. Pipkin has served Curley as Assistant Principal of Academics and Faculty Development, providing strong leadership in academics, professional development, and curriculum. Deeply rooted in his Catholic faith and committed to Curley’s Franciscan mission, Mr. Pipkin is well prepared to lead our school community in this new role.
Mr. Pipkin will succeed Mr. Jeremy Joseph, who has been appointed as the school’s next president.

Class of 1976 Golden Friar 50th Reunion Cocktail Hour and Dinner
Members of the Class of 1976 gathered for a memorable evening celebrating their 50th Reunion. Alumni gathered for a special cocktail hour and dinner filled with laughter, stories, and cherished memories as classmates reconnected and reflected on their time as Golden Friars.
The evening provided an opportunity to renew lifelong friendships, share personal and professional accomplishments, and reminisce about the brotherhood and traditions that helped shape their Curley experience.

Congratulations to Coach Mark Johnson '76 and his team on making history today as Curley captured its first ever MIAA B Conference Golf Championship! The Friars edged Severn in a thrilling 11.5 to 9.5 victory at the very challenging Caves Valley Country Club to bring home the title. An incredible accomplishment and a testament to the hard work, determination, and resilience of this outstanding group of student athletes.
