The veils have never been thinner. We have access to more wisdom than we have in generations. There’s also more “stuff” flying around. We need to protect and filter more than ever. At the back is a large smoky quartz with a library inside. It’s a magical piece bringing together this altar. Reminding us we have easy connection with all that is and access to wisdom across time and space.

Distance group healing for April begins Friday the third. This month we’re working with softness. Calling in connection, wisdom, resilience and the ability to listen and trust more. We’re calling in magic too! Interesting this energy showing up when Aries is such a “take action” time. Maybe taking action will be taking care of itself and this will be shifting how we hold it and ourselves this month. We’ll also be calling in protection so that our gentleness can take up space while movement is present. So that spiritual, human and nature connections can thrive. And this can feed us and direct us forward. May it be so!

On our altar this month we have a bright green cloth - the color of that greening fire of spring. On it we have a large mountain shaped stone bringing the magic of Mt Shasta. In front of it is a sculpture of Goddess from Glastonbury in the UK. Her legs reminiscent of the shape of a heart. In front of her is a carnelian egg - vibrant energy bringing motivation, courage, confidence, passion and supporting creativity. It represents new beginnings, fertility and rebirth. This is surrounded by four candles to bring fire and more energy to this vibrant altar.

The Distance Group Healing for March starts this Friday the 6th. This month we will be working with the wisdom of the heart. We will work to support and trust this wisdom. And call it forward in the world around us. We will call in strength, resilience and a remembering of our purpose here now. We will call in safety and ease for all living beings on the planet and anchor in this heart centered way of moving forward on the planet.

Our altar this month is sitting on a silk cloth designed to love and support the heart chakra. At the back is a large amethyst cathedral geode. We’ll be spending time in there. In front of it is Metatron’s Cube. Known to honor balance, harmony and the inter-connectedness of all things. On that is fire in the form of a candle with an image of the lady of Guadalupe symbolising motherhood, protection, hope and liberation. There are six clear quartz pointing out asking that all this goodness surround the world and support goodness in the hearts of all.

Our altar this month is on a a beautiful gold cloth. At the back is a large piece of green calcite. This stone has a refreshing energy. It radiates love and good\will. It feels like vibrant life force energy. In the front are two pieces of honey calcite. This helps us focus our energy on the task at hand. It supports intuition and brings healing to emotional wounds. There are four candles to bring much needed fire energy. And in the center is a small Ganesha - here to help us release any blocks and find the path forward with ease.

Distance group healing starts Friday January 2nd, 2026. Isn’t that wild? Last year felt like 10 years but also happened in the blink of an eye. This year I’m praying on wisdom, kindness, compassion and care for all humans. I’m also calling in health, abundance, love and connection. We will work on finding our own stillness to match the season even if life feels busy. We will strengthen our grounding, and connection to the wisdom of the stars. I would love to make a despacho for you!

I’ve been making Despachos for years and honestly it just crossed my mind to make them on behalf of others - i’d love to offer this to you! I burned the despacho below on the new moon Thursday. And will burn yours, this Thursday on the full moon, December 4th!

A despacho is essentially a prayer bundle made in ceremony. Creating them is a tradition from the Andes. They are made on a white piece of paper laid out on a Peruvian cloth. The inside often looks like a mandala. The contents are items from nature or symbolic items offered up with prayers blown into each one - they become infused with dreams, goals, intentions, and gratitude. Then the despacho is wrapped up and offered to a sacred fire.

Despachos can be made for weddings, a birth, a death, someone who died a long time ago, a journey, health, children. Times of transition, new beginnings, to manifest or bring good into one’s life, to offer up a troubling situation or any time you want to realign yourself with the energies of the cosmos or give gratitude. They bring alignment and harmony with yourself, with the great mother, with spirit, with the world around you, and with what you wish to bring into your life.

How it looks: send me an email with your intention. Add details that feel right. When the despacho has been built, I’ll send you a picture of how it looks and will burn it on your behalf - offering it to the earth and the heavens.

Cost: $150. When you send through payment, the process will begin.

This month’s altar is built on a birthing cloth from Peru. It’s got the stories of the stars woven into it. At the back is a crystal cluster with many points. In front of it is Durga - Goddess of protection. She is known to be invincible, good for creating, sustaining, and ... destroying. There are two sacred wands. One (left) is selenite. In the handle is full of crystals and sand from sacred space and the blue stone at the bottom is angelite connecting with the spiritual realm promoting inner peace and communication. The other wand is a tesla wand with a lemurian crystal in the middle. Both of these are extremely powerful. Allowing you to stand tall and call in miracles. In the center is one of my favorite quotes. It’s from Willa Cather - Where there is great love, there are always miracles!
