Johns Hopkins AIDS Alliance

Johns Hopkins AIDS Alliance AIDS Alliance serves as a group committed to ending the stigma surrounding AIDS/HIV and educating our campus about issues surrounding the AIDS community.

The primary mission of Hopkins AIDS Alliance is to raise awareness and educate our campus and our surrounding Baltimore community about HIV/AIDS issues through small campus events. We also have secondary goals including raising funds for local endeavors to alleviate the suffering caused directly or indirectly by HIV/AIDS. We accomplish these through community service activities in the Baltimore region to help those that are living with HIV/AIDS or are affected indirectly by HIV/AIDS.

We are accepting applications for new general body members! If you are interested in the club please come to our first meeting Tuesday Feb 13th at 6PM in Croft G40 where you can here more about the club before filling out an application.

Applications are due Sunday Feb 18th by midnight.

VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITY
This is going to be the last volunteering opportunity of the semester! At Moveable Feast you're going to help prep meals for people affected with HIV/AIDS. They really need help this holiday system so we need as many people as possible! It's going to be December 13th, 12-3 so we'll leave here at 11:30 and come back by 3:30. I know this is during reading period, but please come out and help the Baltimore community!
