BRAVE is partnering with Peaceful Warriors and Hamilton Elementary/Middle School to invite all BRAVE families and members of the Baltimore community to our first-ever Intergenerational Family Wellness Day on Saturday, May 30 from 12:00–2:00 PM at BRAVE (2500 E. Northern Parkway, Marietta Ave entrance).

This FREE event will feature yoga, fitness activities, sound baths, hula hooping, art and creative workshops, healthy food demonstrations, music, and more! Bring the whole family for a fun-filled afternoon focused on health, wellness, and community connection.
