Are you a student maker? a crafter? an artist? Are you interested in selling your products to the community? Please fill out this form to secure a table for Medfest happening Saturday, May 16 at Medfield Heights Elementary .
Time: set-up is 10:30-11am, selling is 11-3, take down is 3-3:30pm
You must be a Medfield Heights Elementary student to participate and a parent must be present with you. There are 6 tables available and vendors keep 100% of their profits. This is first-come, first-served. A PTO representative will be in touch upon receipt of your submission with further details. We look forward to seeing all the amazing makers!

It's time to nominate PTO leadership for next school year, Medfield Heights Elementary families!

Nominations are due by May 19th at 9pm. Nominees must have attended at least one PTO meeting in the 2025-26 school year to be considered. There's still one meeting left this year--May 14th!

Voting will take place on May 20th.

Thanks to everyone who joined us at Blue Pit BBQ for Happy Hour Friday, Zumba movement on Saturday, and our Spaghetti Disco on Tuesday!
A huge thanks to Blue Pit, Ms. Kea and Roland Park Orthodontics for making Zumba possible, and Union Collective & Carroll & Son Fine Foods for our unforgettable Spaghetti Disco evening. We so appreciate all of the support of our MHES families, teachers and staff, and of our local community. Check back for more events coming soon!
