If you want to have an amazingly awesome day, start your day with Gratitude.
Get a cup of coffee or tea and a notebook and pen and just start writing. I start with writing how grateful I am for my bed and pillow, than my healthy beautiful body, organs and blood than to my senses that work properly (eyesight, hearing, taste, touch and smell). Running water, my home and all my appliances, shower, lotions soaps. My loving husband, healthy beautiful son,.....
You can see how this list can go on and on and on.
By the time you are finished, you will be feeling really really good!
