Pilates Barre fitness class uses the six principles of Joseph Pilates combined with strengthening, pulsing, and stretching movements of Barre class.

Pilates Barre uses the six Principles of Joseph Pilates: control, breath, concentrating, flow, centering, and precision. These principles are combined with small pulsating movements to lengthen and build lean muscle, along with exercises you would expect on the bar in a traditional Barre class.
