Ryan White, a senior at Poly and member of the Harlem Lacrosse program, has used his experiences with TouchPoint to build confidence and establish lasting connections. By utilizing the resources available to him, Ryan learned that success often involves counting on others. He recognizes that knowing when to ask for help isn't just a skill, but a way to navigate his future more effectively.
For London, a senior at ACE High School, TouchPoint provided her with a space to bond with her peers and find her voice.
Through her experiences, London gained the tools and confidence to run for school President—and win. Now a leader and mentor to her peers, she is heading to college with a mission to help others and the drive to put herself out there.
We’re proud to see London using her platform to give back to the community that helped her grow!
Lamar, a senior with Harlem Lacrosse, shares how his experiences with TouchPoint helped him find his voice and gave him inspiration for his future.
Lamar has gained confidence as a communicator and improved his time management skills, while taking advantage of opportunities to network and explore different career paths.
This fall, Lamar will head to college to pursue a degree in Architecture. We’re so proud of the foundation he’s built and we can’t wait to see all the great things he will continue to achieve!

One year in our new home, and what a journey it’s been!
Twelve months ago, we moved into our beautiful new space at The Village at Mondawmin, and since then, these walls have seen more than just meetings, they’ve seen our community in action. From mentoring sessions to networking events and collaborative workshops, this space was built for West Baltimore’s growth.
Thank you to our neighbors, our community partners, and every person who has walked through these doors.
Here’s to many more years of collaboration, learning, and growth!

Smile’ event in partnership with the Maryland State Dental Association Foundation and DTLR.
The event is FREE and insurance is not required.

Micah, a senior at ACE High School, reflects on how the partnership between TouchPoint
and Harlem Lacrosse has prepared her for what’s next. Beyond the networking and career
pathways, she’s gained a sense of personal maturity rooted in listening and connecting
with her peers and mentors.
Taoheed, a senior at Poly, has benefited from the partnership between TouchPoint and
Harlem Lacrosse by gaining critical skills that will prepare him for a successful life after
high school. He’s developed a sense of accountability and humility, while practicing and
honing his public speaking. Through trips with mentors, Taoheed has been able to explore
new professional paths and gain a clearer vision of his own potential

TouchPoint is a hub of learning and innovation! Last month, we welcomed young students for a fall-themed STEAM Fair with fun, interactive activities that challenged them to explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math in creative, hands-on ways.
Parents saw their children light up with curiosity and excitement as they conducted experiments and built various items with guidance from our staff and University of Maryland School of Engineering volunteers! We are proud to support education and foster these meaningful community connections.
