7,000 Families
The 7,000 Families Campaign is a coalition of grassroots groups and housing advocates, teaming up to fix Baltimore’s broken Rent Court system!

ACTION ALERT: Did you know there is currently no minimum number of days a tenant is required to receive before needing to appear in Rent Court? Did you know that currently a property's lead compliance can not impact the outcome of a case? HB1487 would change both of these, providing 4 calendar days notice to renters and allowing lead compliance to help determine the outcome of a case. Please email [email protected] to urge a vote on this common sense bill and his support!
