We are so incredibly lucky to be able to partner with the Catonsville Chamber of Commerce and the League of Dreams to bring our students at Hillcrest an amazing STEM lab and experience! Thank you Mrs. Capka for helping to bring this opportunity to our school!

Here Mrs. Capka and Mrs. Jaudon are being awarded for their efforts for the Clean Green 15 initiative and accepting the $1500 Grant Hillcrest earned. This wouldn’t have been possible without the efforts of our amazing teachers and our students who logged countless hours of trash collections. Way to make our environment a better place! 🌎🌱🌳🌲💐🌊🐠♻️

Thank you for all the trash clean ups and logging the bags collected. Hillcrest Elementary won a Clean Green 15 grant that we can use toward environmental projects. You can continue to log trash clean ups, no matter how small or where at https://www.baltimorecountymd.gov/departments/environment/clean-green/clean-green-15 for consideration next school year.

Another successful Field Day for our Hedgie students!! Thank you to our PTA for sponsoring a Kona Ice truck to help keep us cool. A very special thank you to Brett and Linda Marcus and Erika for bringing the Kona Ice truck and providing yummy Kona treats to the entire school!!

Another Hillcrest class enjoys Milk and Cookies from Chick-Fil-A! Way to go Ms. Wright’s 5th graders!!! Special shout out to Aras for collecting and donating 50 pairs!! This time the celebration was at school and some other class might have been surprised to see the cow walking the halls!
