Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity - Delta Lambda Chapter

On May 30, 2026, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated — Delta Lambda Chapter hosted its annual Beautillion Scholars Program Gala, an evening dedicated to celebrating the achievements, growth, and excellence of our Beautillion Scholars.

For the 23rd consecutive year, the Beautillion Scholars Program has provided scholarship opportunities and developmental experiences for both junior and senior scholars. This year, our 17 Senior Beau Scholars have earned acceptances to colleges and universities across the country while securing scholarship offers ranging from $5,000 awards to full-ride scholarships.

More than a scholarship program, the Beautillion Scholars Program continues to provide mentorship, educational enrichment, leadership development, and social learning opportunities for young men throughout the East Coast. The success of our scholars is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence.

On May 23, 1919, the Delta Lambda Chapter was chartered. For 107 years, we have stood on the frontlines of Baltimore City in politics, business, education, and beyond.

Our Charter Members established Delta Lambda under the motto, “Watch Us Grow.” For more than a century, we have continued to grow in Brotherhood, service, and achievement while making a lasting impact throughout our city and communities.

Here’s to 107 years of excellence and cheers to the next 107 years of growth, impact, and unwavering Brotherhood.

This past weekend, April 15-19, 2026, Brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated gathered for the 94th Eastern Regional Convention in Atlantic City, New Jersey. This year, the theme was Fraternity Forward: The Era of Value, Impact, and Progress.

Brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated — Delta Lambda Chapter showed up prepared to do the work, make an impact, and build the Brotherhood.

The sessions were powerful, offering guidance to the Brotherhood. The fellowship was plenty creating opportunity for Brothers to engage across the region. The commitment was high reminding us truly of the mission and vision of our organization.

From engaging workshops to impactful conversations, we leave this convention not only inspired, but equipped with actionable ideas to bring back to our chapter and community. The work does not end here — it continues as we turn what we’ve gained into service, leadership, and measurable impact.

Last week, Saturday, March 28, 2026, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated — Delta Lambda Chapter hosted its annual Lenten Faith Leaders Prayer Breakfast. This annual event serves as an opportunity for the chapter to highlight the work of 7 individual community leaders and change agents who make an impact like no other.

The event was filled with joy, laughter, and celebration.

We are thankful for the work of our honorees, our guests who joined us, and the Brothers for their continued commitment and dedication to support.
