Welcome to the COVID-19 Food Worker Survey page!
Have you worked or volunteered in the U.S. food sector during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic? If so – we want to hear from you! The goal of this survey is to understand what food workers are experiencing during the COVID-19 pandemic. We hope to share what we learn with businesses and policymakers who need to know what it’s like to work in the food sector during this challenging time.
We want to hear from people who work or volunteer in food in the U.S., from these industries:
Farming
Meat processing
Food processing
Restaurants and food service
Food retail
Food delivery
Food pantries and food banks
Food trucking and warehousing
