🎵 Welcome to DM Vocal Coaching! 🎤🎶

✨ With over 30 years of experience, I'm Elder Darrin Matthews, and my journey with music started at just 13, teaching choirs at Mt. Hebron Baptist Church in 1983. 🏛️ Serving there until 2003, I then ventured to create a Music Ministry with five choirs at the First Macedonia Baptist Church in Ellicott City from 2003 to 2013. During this time, I honed my craft and passion for music. 🎼

🌟 In 2013, I embraced a new chapter at New Antioch Church, where I proudly hold the position of Director of Music. It has been an amazing experience nurturing talents and guiding artists towards their full potential. Group and private vocal coaching have been a part of my repertoire since 2018 when I started preparing artists for their CD releases.

🎧 My work extends beyond the ordinary, as I am honored to work with multiple artists, including individuals with Autism, tailoring the coaching to their unique needs and abilities. 🧩 Witnessing their growth and accomplishments has been incredibly rewarding.🎶

🌍 The music journey has led me and my community choir In God's Hands to sing up and down the East Coast for over ten years, touching the hearts of diverse audiences. 🌊 Together, we've made beautiful memories through music.

🎶 Currently, I sing with Eric Waddell and the Abundant Life Singers, a talented group that shares the same passion for music. Excitingly, we are preparing to record live at the Vatican in December, aiming to touch people around the world. 🎶
