We love when our backyard venue is activated by local artists! This Sunday we will be hosting a SOLSTICE POETRY READING by Venus in Aries from 6-10pm.

1. Schedule a walkthrough of the kitchen using the form on our website or [email protected].

2. Let us know you’d like to join and schedule your next steps!

3. Sign the member agreement and enjoy two free consultation hours with one of the owners, Chef Cat or Chef Kiah.

4. Get 24/7 access to the kitchen & access OTK member resources.

Café Noury, Café Noury | Baltimore | Mobile Coffee Bar is a Baltimore-based mobile coffee and matcha bar serving distinctive, housemade flavors for private celebrations, brand activations, and gatherings across the DMV area.

Founder Noury’s love for coffee was shaped in the neighborhood cafés of Philly, which became places to study, meet friends, and linger over the ritual of a well-made cup. Today, Café Noury brings that same sense of warmth, care, and café culture to private events through handcrafted beverages and genuine hospitality.

With ethically sourced coffee, quality ingredients, and a polished guest experience at the center of the business, Café Noury creates curated mobile café experiences while also developing signature syrups for future retail. Say hello to Alana, the founder of Keep It A Bean Coffee Keep It A Bean Coffee | Lala — a DMV-based coffee business focused on creating bold, intentional flavor experiences through coffee and desserts.

What started as a personal love for coffee turned into a passion for exploring flavor, nostalgia, and connection through food and drink. Alana specialize’s in handcrafted coffee drinks, cold brew creations, and desserts designed to feel immersive and memorable — not just something you consume and forget.

Right now, she is building through tastings, pop-ups, and local events, with a long-term vision of growing into a mobile coffee experience and eventually a community-centered brick-and-mortar space.

We are so excited to have her join the kitchen and can’t wait to see what’s in store for her business!
