Please be willing to provide 3 professional references and to authorize a background check.

We are seeking a highly qualified nanny for a wonderful family in the Patterson Park area of Baltimore City. They are open to a nanny share nearby as well, but unable to host, so families who can host a share are welcome to inquire as well. As a note, this is through an agency, so families will be required to go through the agency to match with this family.

ABOUT THIS POSITION:
*Guaranteed 40-45 hours a week, Monday-Friday , typically 8a-5pm.
* 2 month old girl
* Please be okay with dogs, there are 2 in the home.
* Please be okay with a work from home parent as mom works from home
* Must have reliable transportation, as this family needs reliable and punctual care.
* Driving for the job is not required, though they are open to paying for grocery shopping so if you have a license, that’s a bonus. They do have a car for your use while on the job.
* Their ideal candidate is warm, friendly, engaging, reliable, honest, organized, structured, and punctual.
* 2 years prior infant nanny experience preferred
* $18-23/hour depending on experience and qualifications
*Nanny Must be Vaccinated

NANNY AGENCY POSTING (Perfectly Paired Nannies LLC)

We are seeking a highly qualified nanny for a wonderful family in the Hampden area of Baltimore City Maryland.

Please note: This position could start as early as February if you're open to Part time (12 noon to 5:30 for one child, moving to full time with 2 kids in June)

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

*Guaranteed 47.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 8a-5:30pm.
*2 year old boy with a baby girl due in March, who would start with the nanny in June
*Please be okay with dogs, there is 1 in the home (no care required, but he does have free reign of the house)
*Please be okay with a work from home parent as mom works from home in the basement
*Must have own car and be willing to do school pickup and speech therapy appointments (about 15 minutes each way). Car seats provided and gas mileage reimbursement or a gas stipend is provided
*No extra household responsibilities, only the standard tidy up of toys and dishes/bottles used during your work shift
*The ideal candidate is patient, nurturing, active (their son is high energy), loves the outdoors and not deterred by the heat or cold, willing to plan fun and engaging activities and outings for their children, and can truly become an extension of the family. A candidate familiar with the Montessori method and/or experience with speech delays is a bonus but not required.
*Experience with caring for an infant and toddler at the same time is preferred.
*Please be fully vaccinated- flu shot, dTap, childhood vaccines, and Covid
*CPR and First Aid required, but we can help you if not currently certified
*$22-25/hour depending on experience and qualifications
*2 weeks PTO of nanny's choosing, plus an additional 2-3 weeks off when the family is off, in addition to all major holidays paid off.
*Please have 3 professional references and be willing to have a background and driving report checked

Several of you have been asking about how to apply with our agency as a family seeking a nanny. At this time, we are recruiting as many nannies as possible and will begin interviewing them in January. For now, our website is under construction and we will make an announcement as soon as it’s launched and we’re taking applications for families.

Hi Nannies! My friend and I are Baltimore nannies and set to launch a nanny agency in early 2022. We are in need of nannies to interview and add to our roster so that when we officially launch we have a head start on finding the perfect match for inquiring parents! Positions will be for part time and full time, short and long term, as well as temp care.

We are looking for nannies with 2 years of professional childcare related experience. Must be willing to be paid on the books as we will be requiring families to pay through a payroll service and provide W2s for our nannies.
