So often, we use “Good job!” without realizing that our words can shape how students see themselves and their learning. In special education, meaningful feedback goes beyond praise it teaches self-awareness, effort, and growth.

It is time for teachers to get relief for the thousands of dollars they spend to teach the public. We deserve a tax credit that reflects what we spend, $3000, much like the Earned Income Tax Credit. OR...why not just make teachers TAX EXEMPT and quite taking $1000 dollars every paycheck for federal taxes, and we STILL end up paying state taxes!!! AND we fund and supply our classrooms. Unacceptable.
