Their playful surprise brought plenty of smiles and laughter to our morning together last week. It seems the Great Duck Wars will continue… and you never know where our shenanigans—or these sneaky little ducks—will show up next! 👀🦆

We are excited to welcome Traci from Wegmans, who will be joining us for a morning filled with fun, connection, laughter, and community.

Reflections Memory Cafe is a welcoming social gathering for individuals living with memory changes and their care partners. Come enjoy meaningful conversation, engaging activities, light refreshments, and time with others in a supportive environment.

Today we are celebrating the fearless leader behind Reflections — the one who somehow manages to dream big, move fast, support everyone, answer a million questions, and still remind us that at the heart of everything we do is people.

Lindsay leads with compassion, confidence, humor, and a whole lot of heart. She is always putting others first, lifting up the team, encouraging connection, and finding ways to make the community stronger. Whether she is building programs, supporting families, cheering on staff, or coming up with “just one more idea,” she does it with passion and purpose.

And let’s be honest… she may be the reason our calendars are full, our group chats are busy, and our to-do lists keep growing — but she is also the reason we believe in the work we do every single day. 😉

Today, as we celebrate America’s 250th birthday, we pause to honor not only our nation’s history, but also the incredible generations who helped shape it.
The older adults we serve have lived through moments of change, sacrifice, resilience, innovation, and progress. They carry stories, wisdom, traditions, and memories that remind us what freedom, community, and connection truly mean.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to support and walk alongside seniors and families every day. Their lives are a reflection of strength, courage, and the beauty of generations coming together.
