đŸ« School Administrators - as you develop your professional development plans for next year, don't sleep on focusing on classroom climate and management!

🔗 All initiatives require an efficient classroom and instructional model, and a very common weak link in the chain is inconsistencies across classes. We've developed a streamline training, resource, and coaching package to help improve classroom climate and reduce variances between classrooms. đŸȘ« Wow! This study found that 78% of teachers have considered leaving the field of education in the last few years. The top 4 reasons are:
đŸš«A lack of administrative support,
đŸš«Excessive workloads,
đŸš«Inadequate compensation, and
đŸš«Challenging student behaviors

These results match quite a few I have seen over the last few years, and areas where I have spent a lot of time and effort as a school board member and consultant working to address.

Which reasons is your district working to address? Which are they missing the boat on?

🎉 From #24 to #13 📈

Two years ago, as I wrapped up the first draft of my book, I faced a big decision: pursue a traditional publisher or take the self-publishing route.

After months of conversations and reflection, I chose to self-publish. That decision gave us the ability to:

- Maintain full control of the content
- Build meaningful partnerships to support real classroom implementation
- Keep the book accessible and affordable for educators

Today, I’m excited to share news from our publisher that The Inclusive Classroom Framework: The Educator’s Implementation Guide is now the #13 top-selling education book for March—up from #24 in February.

Even more meaningful than the ranking is the incredibly positive feedback we’re hearing from educators. Districts are using the framework to:

- Support new teachers and mentors with stronger classroom structures
- Equip paraprofessionals with practical strategies for inclusive settings
- Improve overall classroom climate across PreK–12 environments

We also have upcoming trainings in Lindsborg, KS; Olathe, KS; and Nashville, TN, with more on the way.

It’s energizing to be part of the growing momentum around improving classroom management and inclusive practices.

If you’re interested in learning more, you can explore the framework on our website, you can find the book digitally at https://cultivatechris.gumroad.com, or in print through IngramSpark or major retailers.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey—more to come.

Kansas districts are stepping up—but they shouldn’t have to carry this alone.

In 2024–25, districts across Kansas spent $440 MILLION to cover special education shortfalls. That’s money pulled from classrooms, teachers and student opportunities—while 39% of your local property taxes are helping fill the gap.

What could your district do with that funding if SPED were fully funded?
More teachers? Smaller class sizes? Expanded programs? Better support for all students?

It’s time to make your voice heard.
