Electric Shogun Studios (formerly The Electric Shogun Picture Making Company, formerly Jive Turkey Studios) was started in 2006 by Brian Demarest.
ESS specializes in Illustration, Cartooning and sequential art. Brian Demarest grew up in Avenel, New Jersey and graduated from The School Of Visual Arts in Manhattan, NY in 1996 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Illustration. Working primarily as an Illustrator and Graphic Designer, Brian has done work for film & television companies such as Tsunami Films and Late Night with David Letterman.

Hey folks- so this is part one of an illustration I’m doing for the Bubble Pop gallery here in Bakersfield, CA. The show is a “TIKI ART SHOW” with pieces inspired by all types of tiki and underwater, and it will be up the First Friday of July (July 6th)
