I love that our preschoolers are always embracing new challenges! This summer, we practiced bounce and jump, backwards and forwards, & in a circle!

Exercises like this helps them develop proprioception, balance, agility, and adaptability all in one exercise!

They were quite tired after this but they embraced the challenge of speed and changing directions with a great attitude!

Before we share her full story, let's learn a little bit about Elyanna through Kern Magazine’s three signature questions!

Kern Magazine's Signature Q&A: Elyanna Bradshaw

Q: What do you love about your Kern County community?

A: “I love that the community that I’ve grown up around has been so supportive of my art. Bakersfield as a whole has always been so supportive and excited about it, and that has always meant a lot to me. It’s really special when you find like-minded people in a town that you’ve grown up in.”

Q: When you eat local, where do you like to go?

A: “I love Cafe Smitten I’m very partial to Smitten! I go to the Buena Vista location because it’s closer to me. Another place my husband and I really love is Foxtail Lounge Bakersfield for a nice date night out. We really like The 18hundred as well because he loves the downtown area.”

Q: When you want to get out of town, where do you like to go?

A: “We really love Orange County. My dad is in Orange County, so we like going and visiting him out there. It’s beautiful, the air is fresh, it’s near the beach, and it’s wonderful.”

What we love about Isabela is that she proves dance transcends language. Her artistry, beauty, and passion come through in her performance — both in class and on stage. She began her journey with us about 7 months ago as an adult dancer.
