KEDF’s mentoring programs give high school students the soft skills, work ethic, and confidence they need to become top prospects for future employers.

KEDF is home to workforce development mentoring programs, with a special emphasis in STEM industries. Our programs are currently housed at Independence High School's Energy and Utility Career Academy, and East Bakersfield High School's Health Careers Academy.
