Congratulations to our first Utility Line Clearance Arborist cohort of 2026 for successfully completing training! 🎊These trainees came in very early each and every morning for a month and completed 200 of arborist training. 🌳🦺
We’re so proud of them and them all the best in their future career journeys!

Last week we celebrated the conclusion of our very first Construction Level 2 Training 🦺🛠️ with a Carne Asada graduation! 🍽️
Our department is so proud of each and every one of these trainees! We want to thank them for doing an amazing job as the first cohort and exemplifying exactly why we are creating this new training.

Our trainees are testing the electrical wiring to ensure that everything was installed properly and that the circuit are connected to the right rooms/areas! Today our student Alan Venegas explained how the testing worked! ⚡️🔌
They had to explain to me that there was no electricity turned on so touching the wires was completely safe. The more you know! 😆

Today, our trainees are continuing to work on the electrical wiring for the apartments they’re working on! 💪 Our very own Juan Barragán explains to us how all the electrical components come together to make everything work 🔌💡

Watt a day on the site! 😆 Today our Construction Level 2 students are learning the ins and outs of electrical…or should we say the ins of the outlets 🔌⚡️. Okay we’re done…😅.
Well, it’s the start of the final week of the Construction Level 2 Internship Training! I think it’s safe to say that all of our trainees are learning each and every day on site!
