Yesterday, my two doula sisters and I had the incredible opportunity to be part of WIC’s Annual Breastfeeding Walk, sponsored by Clinica Sierra Vista. It was an honor to support, celebrate, and connect with families while promoting the importance of breastfeeding and community care. We’re so grateful to have been included in such a meaningful event and look forward to continuing to serve and empower our community. 💜🤱

The last few days in LA have been so refreshing. Returning to the city where I was raised and having the opportunity to attend and speak at was truly an honor.
It was beautiful being surrounded by so many amazing people working toward the same goal — no competition, just love, friendship, learning, bonding, and collaboration for our mamas. These past few days poured so much back into me.
I’m forever grateful for the opportunity to represent , The Labor League, and the Bakersfield Black Birth Collaborative. I even turned this experience into my birthday trip, which made it even more special.
Thankful. Humble. Grateful. Already looking forward to next year. 🖤 Special shout out to for taking the time to drive down to support me. Truly love and appreciate you. 🖤

Baby had a blow out? Got those yellow blow out stains? Sit the item in the sun for a few hours. The sun will “bleach” out the stain, then wash like regular.
