I’m Stacey Barnes, certified women’s life coach, intuitive, and heart-led entrepreneur. I’m the founder of OnWord Journeys, born from my own path of healing, letting go of old ways of thinking and being, and consciously choosing to honor my authentic essence.

OnWord Journeys is a space where we slow down, feel deeply, and rediscover our truest selves.

My entrepreneurial journey has been anything but linear... it’s been shaped by deep inner work, meaningful pivots, and a devotion to building work that honors both purpose and presence. There’s a homecoming that happens when you reconnect with your soul, a remembrance of who you truly are beneath the noise of the mind.

I had the honor of sitting down with my dear friend, mentor, and soul guide, Elisa Romeo , for a nourishing conversation about soul connection, how we listen, commune, and allow our Soul to lead.

This trip was a full-circle moment, returning to Bainbridge Island, where 10 years ago, I was in my process of rediscovering self and connection to my soul with the supportive guidance of Elisa Romeo and Adam Foley at their immersive retreat in 2015. Returning to Bainbridge Island this time with my husband, walking the same soul-soaked paths, surrounded by fairyland forests and the beautiful souls.

After Bainbridge, we spent two days in Issaquah, WA, resting, playing and wandering through mossy trails that felt like whispers from another realm. Every moment felt like a love note from the Soul, reminding me of how sacred it is to live awake, together.

I can’t wait to share this conversation with Elisa, full of authenticity, wisdom, and the gentle magic that comes when we remember: your Soul is always guiding you home.
