This past Sunday, a few of us took a trip to St. Andrew's in Pasadena. Not only did we partake in the sacrifice of the Mass but we also got to enjoy the beautiful architecture and beauty of this Romanesque style church. We hope to be back soon with more of our members!
Fun fact: the following phrase could be seen, in Latin, at the foot of the altar "Introibo ad altare Dei ad Deum qui laetificat juventutem meam" which translates to I will go unto the altar of God, to God who gives joy to my youth.

Last Saturday, some of us had the opportunity to volunteer at One Life LA while others participated in the walk.
Archbishop Jose Gomez said that “We have gathered to march peacefully and joyfully, to proclaim our vision of an America where every human life is sacred.”

Hello everyone!
I hope that you all had a good summer!
Over the past school year, we here at Seton Catholic have worked hard to host events and create a community of Catholics at APU. We have been able to do so through a team of amazing and dedicated students that we have been blessed to work with.
Being that we are college students, students move on and graduate. Because of this, we have some openings for leadership positions in our club. If you are interested in working with a group of super cool people who love the Lord and their Catholic faith, please apply by clicking the link below!
In the meantime, stay tuned and check our social media and your APU email for updates – we have some pretty neat virtual events planned!
God bless,
Therese Schumacher

Our apologies for the delay in this post. There are humans running this account. 😅
For our January Meals with Real-igious, we were delighted to be joined by Susana Nieto, a consecrated laywoman from the Fraternas (Marian Community of Reconciliation).
Over ice cream, she reassured us to not worry about the quality of our calling because “God will find a way to make it holy.”

Please join us tonight at 7pm at Afters Ice Cream (Azusa) for our next ! Tonight, Ms. Susana Nieto of the Marian Community of Reconciliation, also known as "Fraternas,” will share on what it means to be called to holiness.
Hope to see you there!
