After a full summer away, I’m so glad to be back home in Ave Maria. 🌴

I spent the last four months living across the country, focusing on family I have there and building relationships. I gave myself permission to step away from my business and podcast, and it felt great to unplug from social media.

Sometimes we need that space to pull back, reflect, and feel completely present to those around us.

Now that I’m home again, I feel inspired and ready for what’s ahead. Between the community, warm weather, and active lifestyle, I feel like I’m thriving here in Ave Maria and it fuels me to pour into those I am meant to serve.

Before I left for the summer, I created a free guide called 9 Pillars of Strategic Growth for Business Owners.

Thank you for all of the birthday greetings yesterday! 💐

As I reflect on entering the last year of my 40s, I have a greater perspective on life and appreciate the wisdom I’ve amassed each year. At the same time, I’m giddy on where I will grow and what I will learn this year.

Primarily, I have so much gratitude for the people and opportunities I have in my life, and the people I come into contact each day through my work! 🙏

I found out today that an old friend who was my age just died. Someone told me that it’s a reminder that life is short and to go after what you want in life. As I pondered their statement, I realized that I have gone after what I want in life. Internally, I strive to be the best person I can be each day in mind and spirit. Externally, I am a high performance coach which fuels me with purpose and I am a snowbird where I get to live in my favorite parts of the U.S. and their best seasons between two homes.

I am a tenacious go-getter who loves God, my faith and family, then coaching, personal development, online business, homeschooling, natural beauty and health, and a new love for trading.

Those closest to me love me the most for my compassion and sincerity. Overcoming difficulties and working through challenges motivate me to grow myself and I love that I get to help people work through their challenges too.

“Any forward movement is a win!” 🌟

I shared this in a high performance coaching session today while reflecting on my word of the year: commit. My 2025 goals aren’t about checking boxes on a to-do list or tying my identity to the outcome—they’re about taking action, embracing growth, enjoying the journey, and creating a lasting impact.

As someone who helps others achieve, I’ve learned that the real value lies in who we become along the way. Sometimes, it means recognizing when it’s time to pivot and courageously embracing change.

This year, I’ve set seven meaningful goals that demand personal growth. Every step forward, no matter how small, is a win because of the growth and contribution that took place to get there.

My word for 2025 is Commit.

This year, I’m embracing the challenges and discomfort that come with striving to become the best version of myself. I’ve set bigger goals than in previous years, but I thrive on overcoming obstacles, and tenacity is my superpower. As a high performance coach, I have the tools and mindset to face these challenges—ones I wasn’t ready for before.

Commit embodies the discipline and determination to simplify, prioritize, and succeed. It’s about perseverance and staying steadfast in pursuit of where I’m going and who I’m becoming.

Practically, Commit means preparing myself mentally and spiritually for what’s ahead, letting go of what doesn’t serve my priorities, and embracing a “less is more” mentality. I’ll achieve this through a clear plan, ongoing support, established check-ins, firm boundaries, and purposeful deadlines.

I find clarity in what to commit to through reflection, prayerful discernment, meaningful conversations, knowing my values, and practicing high performance habits.

In 2024, my word was Intention. By living intentionally, I moved across the country, and my life transformed in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Words are powerful!

February 22, 2024: A day that changed everything. ❤️

For months, I felt a strong tug on my heart to visit Ave Maria, Florida. I couldn’t shake the conviction that I needed to go—and I couldn’t put it off any longer.

This was my first visit to Ave Maria, a place I had never been before but instantly felt like home. After this picture was taken, I knelt in church to pray, and in that sacred stillness, I heard with all of my being, “I’m home!” It shook me so much that I was overcome with tears of joy. My husband had his own version of this the next day where he too felt we were meant to be there.

That moment changed everything. By the next month, we had packed our bags and moved across the country to rent, fully embracing this leap of faith. We were home just long enough to celebrate my oldest daughter’s wedding, and by the time she returned from her honeymoon, we were already leaving to begin our new adventure in Florida.

As I reflect on 2024 today, I see how much this was an inflection point in my life—a moment when everything shifted. Now, as we come into 2025, I’m overjoyed to share that we’re establishing Florida residency with the purchase of our new home in Ave Maria. 🏡

This journey has been more than just a move—it’s been a profound step into the life God is calling us to. Ave Maria isn’t just a place; it’s a gift, a dream fulfilled, and a place to plant roots and grow in faith.

I’ll always hold February 22, 2024, close to my heart as the day I felt the Lord’s guidance so clearly and knew this was where I was meant to be.

I’m adding another certification to my online business toolbelt! 🥳

It feels like a full-circle moment because I got my start in online marketing through Russell Brunson, the co-founder of ClickFunnels. I stepped away from using this funnel builder for a few years while they were creating an upgraded version, and now I’m back!

I’m so grateful to be in the CF Funnel Builder Coaching and Certification Program! I’ve graduated from a couple of other funnel building certifications, but this one was on my wishlist for a while to be an expert funnel builder in ClickFunnels 2.0 and a part of the CF community again.

An extra perk is that my clients can benefit from my unlimited workspace account for their all-in-one marketing solution. And best of all, I’m excited to bring even more value to my clients through furthering this valuable skill set and help them succeed.

Today, I’m proud to share that I’ve received my first certification badge—the first of many more to come! 🎉

To serve is to sell. 📣

I’ve heard this phrase so many times and I’m not sure who to give credit for saying it first. I am inspired by it because so many wins happen within a sale.

Here are a few of my favorites:

👏When people pay for something, they’re more likely to use it—which means they’re taking steps to solve their problem or make their life better.
🙌 The business providing the product or service generates revenue, allowing them to continue offering solutions that help people.
🤗 By growing, the business can create more jobs, supporting families and communities.

I spent yesterday at to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my husband. I was impressed with their marketing and the experience I had there. I was happy to pay for my admission ticket and parking so they can stay in business.

It’s one of my husband’s favorite places and we created another wonderful experience together yesterday. Busch Gardens served us well through a sale.
