09/27/2013 Presidents' Wheel of Fortune

The non-profit organization, Texas China Care, invited us for fund raising to help Ting's surgery. We had a good time except our president, Yeomyung Aaron Kim.

WHY SHOULD I COME?
1) Help China Care raise $1000 for an orphan named Ting.
She has a congenital imperforate a**s caused by abnormal development of the fetus (her opening to the a**s is either missing or blocked). ALL the money raised from this event will go straight to baby Ting's surgery. Give her the chance to live a normal, healthy life!

2) Mingle with various organizations to start off a great year! It's proven that when you pie someone, a special bond is created between pie-er and pie-ee.

*~The organization who raises the most money for Ting's surgery will win a monetary or gift card prize.~*
Last year's winner was the Vietnamese Student Association! Will they win again or will your organization claim the crown this year?

40명이 넘는 많은 분들이 참석해 주셔서 뜻깊은 시간을 보냈는데요,
다음 9월11일 두번째 미팅에서도, 그리고 9월 12-13 KBSA 캠핑에서도 많은 분들을 뵐 수 있길 기대합니다!

우리 UT KBSA 첫 미팅은 9월 4일 저녁 7시 30분 (@ UTC 1.146) 입니다!

3개월 간의 방학동안 서로 못봤던 분들도 만나고, 또 새로 입학하는 신입생, 편입생을 만날 수 있는 좋은 기회 입니다!

또한 9월 10일에 있는 Career Fair 관련 중요한 presentation 이 있을 예정이오니 많이 많이들 와주세요~!

주변에 McCombs 친구들, 선후배들, 그리고 신입생들! 서로 꼭 데리구 나오시기 바랍니다!

안녕하세요!

지난 7월 26일, 우리 KBSA 첫번째 동문회가 있었습니다. 첫 모임에다, 광고가 비교적 잘 안됬음에도 불구하고 예상보다 많은 분들이 오셔서 뜻깊은 시간을 보냈습니다.

사회에 나가계신 7명의 선배들이 오셔서 후배들에게 좋은 말씀도 많이 해주시고 충고도 해주셨습니다. 정말 감사드리고 다음번에도 꼭 나와주셔서 더 커진 KBSA 학생들에게 좋은 말씀해주시면 감사하겠습니다.

총 24명이라는 많은 분들이 오셨습니다. 앞으론 이런 정기적인 모임을 통해 McCombs 선후배 간에 네트워킹도 이루어 지고 서로 도움이 될수있는 우리 KBSA가 됬으면 합니다.

다음번엔 50명, 100명, 200명이 모일 수 있는 Organization으로 성장하도록 더 노력하겠습니다.

그러기 위해선 서로 아는 맥콤 동기들, 선후배들을 적극적으로 초대하고 KBSA를 널리 퍼트려 주세요.
