We're having a Legal Observer Training next Wednesday 7/20 at 6:30 pm!
Wednesday, July 20 at 6:30 pm via Zoom.
We expect it to last about 1.5 hours.
If you would like to be trained as a Legal Observer (or get a refresher if you're already trained), please email us at [email protected] by Tuesday at 9:00 pm.
We will send you links to a couple of forms we need you to sign for security purposes. After we get your information, we'll send you a Zoom link!

The first half of the training will cover your legal rights when protesting and interacting with law enforcement. The second half will discuss what happens after you get arrested in Travis County and an intro into the local criminal legal system.
