A new JAMA Neurology study found that adults with hearing loss who started using hearing aids before age 70 had a 61% lower risk of developing dementia vs. those who didn’t treat their hearing loss. Correlation ≠ causation, but it’s a powerful nudge to screen early and wear those aids consistently. 👂
What to do this month:
• Book a hearing check (easy first step).
• If you already have aids, wear them daily.
• Pair it with brain-loving basics—move your body, connect socially, and protect your sleep.
