It was a full house yesterday as we welcomed our entire faculty & staff back on campus in advance of next Wednesday’s first day of school. Between school business, praying over our new teachers and staff, and breakout sessions focused on grade-level and campus wide spiritual development, it was a fantastic kickoff to our 2026-27 school year. We can’t wait for next week!

We need our BCS community to support the first home football game this Friday at 7:30! What’s better than Friday night lights in Austin? Maybe popcorn - and free popcorn at that!

Simply say “It’s a Great Day to Be A Bear” at the concession trailer on Friday during the game and receive a free popcorn to enjoy! We’ll see you there!

We have an exciting opportunity for our high school students preparing for the SAT this fall!

Many of our families have expressed a desire to pursue test prep services, but struggled to find quality instructor-led programming that would not conflict with the after-school extracurricular activities of our busy Bears. More than a Teacher is a program that has been used by a number of our BCS families with excellent feedback and strong results. Registration for the course will open to families TOMORROW, Wednesday, August 12th!

MTAT instructors will conduct this 5-session course at BCS each Wednesday from September 2, 2026 - September 30, 2026 during homework time.
