A big part of being a good coach is staying a student.
I recently completed a mobility certification focused on improving range of motion, building strength within that range, and understanding muscle recruitment on a deeper level.
Mobility work is not just about “stretching more.” It is about creating strength and control in positions your body struggles to access — whether that is overhead mobility, t-spine rotation, or deeper squat positioning.
My goal is to help a wide range of people move better, train smarter, and stay active longer. And I will always keep learning new techniques to better help each individual I work with.

Training outside hits different—and not just because of the view.
Fresh air, natural light, and open space can boost your energy, improve your mood, and help you stay more consistent. You’re not stuck in the same four walls—you’re moving, breathing, and pushing yourself in a more dynamic environment.
Outdoor training also challenges your body in new ways. Uneven surfaces, weather, and space force you to engage more muscles, improve balance, and build real-world strength.
Plus, let’s be honest—it just feels better.
Less pressure. More freedom. More focus.

Our last August Workshop at Crux Central is THIS WEEKEND 💥 and it’s all about dynamic movements to finish out our bodyweight series. Think jump squats, jump lunges, and more explosive moves to promote agility, speed, and endurance.

Let’s get you doing pistol squats 👆 to build balance, mobility, and strengthen each leg on its own. Plus, it’s nice to have a movement you can deploy when you feel like regular squats just aren’t cutting it.
