Every year I tell myself I won't get attached... and every year I'm wrong. ❤️
One of the sweetest and hardest parts of running an in-home preschool is watching these little ones grow. Some move away, some head off to "big kid school," and some simply outgrow our little classroom.

Sending them off with a photo album full of memories and a copy of Oh, the Places You'll Go! is my favorite tradition. It's my way of saying, "I'll always be cheering you on."
Thank you to every family who has trusted me with your little ones. Watching them grow has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. 🌈

🌈 Little hands, big responsibilities!

Every day, each child has a special classroom job. From Line Leader and Water Helper to Table Cleaner and Snack Helper, these small responsibilities help build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging.
Our classroom jobs aren't about perfection—they're about learning that everyone can contribute in meaningful ways. The children are so proud when it's their turn to help, and it's amazing to watch them encourage one another.
Montessori-inspired learning isn't just about academics... it's about raising capable, confident little humans. ❤️

Did you know? Every week, our preschoolers have the opportunity to participate in Groovy Gym Bus right here at The Growing Patch! 🤸‍♀️
No loading up the car. No driving across town. The gym comes to us! It's an optional extracurricular that families can enroll in directly, and it's become one of our favorite weekly adventures.

🎆 Red, White & BOOM! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

Yesterday's celebration was full of smiles, creativity, and laughter. We marched in our patriotic parade, painted colorful fireworks, enjoyed festive treats, and made memories with some pretty adorable little Americans. 🇺🇸

These are the moments they'll remember. Happy Fourth of July from all of us at The Growing Patch!

Learning through play is what we do best!

Every day at The Growing Patch is filled with hands-on experiences that spark curiosity and build confidence. Whether we're measuring vegetables, decorating yummy treats, cooking together, exploring sensory bins, making new friends, or enjoying the outdoors, our little learners are constantly discovering something new.
Childhood should be messy, joyful, and full of wonder and that's exactly what we're aiming for.

We currently have a few rare openings for Fall 2026! If you've been looking for a small, nurturing, Montessori-inspired preschool where children are known, loved, and encouraged to learn through play, we'd love to connect.

Thank you for fixing toys, carrying sleepy kiddos, building blanket forts, reading the same story 100 times, and being your child's biggest cheerleader.

We are grateful for all the love, laughter, and support you bring to your families. Wishing you a day filled with hugs, snacks, and maybe even a chance to sit down for five minutes! 😄
