This composite image, captured by the James Webb Space Telescope, shows a star-forming nebula named NGC 1333, about 970 light-years from Earth. It’s within a larger gas and dust cloud called the Perseus molecular cloud. Within the nebula are newborn stars and brown dwarfs, which are celestial objects that are more massive than planets but not quite as massive as stars. ESA/Webb, NASA & CSA, A. Scholz, K. Muzic, A.
