Friendships in early childhood education are vital for developing social-emotional skills, fostering a sense of belonging, building resilience, and enhancing communication. Through play, children learn empathy, conflict resolution, and cooperation.

As spring arrives students are planting their flowers 🌺 naming them (meet “nube”) and discovering the benefits of caring for plants because it fosters responsibility, patience, and empathy while offering rich sensory experiences (touch, smell, sight) that boost cognitive and motor development.

From birth, children explore through senses, later evolving into “why” questions and complex, imaginative play. Nurturing this desire to discover is vital, as it builds neural pathways, fosters independent learning, and encourages a lifelong passion for exploration.

Name writing in early childhood is a critical, foundational skill that drives emergent literacy, boosts self-confidence, and fosters cognitive development. It acts as a primary motivator for writing, connecting meaningful identity with letter formation, which improves fine motor skills and letter recognition.

Play is a fundamental, essential mechanism for children. Through varied, self-chosen, or guided play, children build critical skills like problem-solving, creativity, empathy, and language. At Atelier Preescolar children learn through play and develop skills necessary to be successful in their education.

A joyful, secure environment, which includes supportive relationships and play, helps children build confidence and emotional literacy.
