I’ve met artists whose work feels hollow because they lack genuine stewardship of the world around them. And I’ve observed leaders who, without grounding in understanding and empathy, are driven by ego rather than the collective good.

To lead effectively, one must cultivate a deep connection with the Earth, express that connection creatively, and develop empathy to heal oneself and others. Without these foundations, leadership risks becoming self-serving rather than serving humanity’s true needs.

In our DNA is the survival mechanism telling us to blend in & don’t attract negative attention from the tribe. So it’s only natural we are still battling this instinct today, even when we can see that other folks who are broadcasting continuously are receiving validation & support from their established tribe.

But you can break through this instinct. No matter how you start doing, just go for it. The sooner you are dancing & talking with your tribe & community that is waiting for you, the sooner you can be living & flowing with life & purpose.
