🏐 FINAL CALL! K–5 VOLLEYBALL TIPS OFF NEXT WEEK! 🏐

The wait is almost over! Wayside’s K–5 FRL Volleyball League gets underway next week! 🦅🏐

It's not too late to register! Make sure your scholar doesn’t miss team placements and their first game. Because of the holiday week, our schedule has been adjusted:

📅 K/1: Tuesday, September 8
📅 2/3: Wednesday, September 9
📅 4/5: Thursday, September 10

This is a great opportunity for our youngest Ravens to learn a new sport, have fun with friends, build confidence and get active on the court! 💪

In addition, we are seeking volunteer coaches for this season! If you are interested in coaching, please email Matt Abbott at [email protected].

🏐🔥 WHAT A MATCH, RAVENS! 🔥🏐

Our Wayside: Sci-Tech Middle School Girls Volleyball team battled it out last night against IDEA Montopolis in an absolute thriller—and came away with the WIN in three games! 💪🦅

It was a hard-fought match from start to finish, and our girls showed incredible heart, teamwork and determination when it mattered most.

👏 Way to go, Ravens! We’re so proud of you and can’t wait to see what’s next for this team!

Welcome to Ms. Holley’s 3rd grade classroom at Wayside: Eden Park Academy, where we see personalized learning in action!

Scholars took turns engaging in independent reading practice and in small groups to to strengthen their reading skills. Big thank you to Principal in Residence Ann Belcher for providing additional support! This kind of targeted instruction helps ensure every scholar gets the support and challenge they need to keep growing. 📖✨

We’re proud of the thoughtful work happening every day in our classrooms—and the commitment our teachers show to helping every scholar succeed. 🦅

The wait is over! Our JV Girls Volleyball team hits the court tomorrow for their first game of the season! 🔥

These Ravens have been putting in the work, and now it’s time to bring that energy to the court. We’re excited to watch this team grow, compete, and make their mark this season!

🎓💙 Once a Waysider, always a Waysider!

At Wayside, our commitment to our scholars doesn’t end when they graduate. We’re committed to helping our scholars succeed in college—and supporting them along the way.

Last week, Wayside staff members spread out across Central Texas college campuses (including UT, St. Edward's, Concordia and Texas State) to greet our graduates, welcome them on their first day of college, and cheer them on as they begin this exciting new chapter. 🥹🎉

Starting college is a big step, but it’s a little easier when you know you have a Wayside advocate in your corner.

To our Wayside alumni: We’re so proud of you and can’t wait to see all you accomplish! Have an amazing year, Ravens! 🦅🎓

Every day, Waysiders go above and beyond to support our scholars, families, and fellow teammates—and we want to celebrate them!

The All Means ALL Award is a quarterly staff recognition given to one outstanding team member from each campus, along with a member of our Network Support Team (NST). Recipients are nominated by members of our Wayside community and recognized for the way they exemplify the Wayside Way through their commitment to Care, Joy, and College.

Wayside’s Future Ravens K–5 Volleyball season is almost here! This fun, beginner-friendly league includes weekly games, an end-of-season celebration, and no experience is required!

Based on family feedback, we’ve extended registration. Team placements and the first games will now take place the week of September 7.
