Come see the Comal Band perform today at the Veterans Memorial in front if the New Braunfels Police Department at 8:30 this morning. The community will honor those who served and those who have fallen in service. I love this ceremony, it’s very stirring.

Best skills to our competing soloists (and ensemble participants) as they play this weekend at Hays High School in Buda. You’ve prepared well, now go impress those judges who are rooting for you just as much as I am!

It’s finally summer for most of our kids! Make sure you have an instrument to practice over the summer… don’t let your face forget how to play! A long trip where you minimize packing? A mouthpiece will still fit for buzzing.
