We’re thrilled to share some incredible news!🎉

Open Door has been awarded $60,000 from Austin Community Foundation through it’s Women’s Fund!

This generous grant recognizes our commitment to expanding access to safe, high-quality, culturally competent, and affordable childcare for low-income families. The funding will directly support our Family C.A.R.E.S. Program, helping Open Door families thrive even in challenging times.

We are deeply grateful to Austin Community Foundation for investing in our families and believing in the power of early childhood education. 💖 Together, we are creating stronger families and brighter futures.

At Open Door, we believe in letting kids be kids. That means plenty of unstructured outdoor play. Sometimes that includes getting buried in sand up to your shoulders. And we wouldn't have it any other way!

WOW, Open Door Village! 🎉 Together we raised over $35,000 for our Teacher Bonus campaign! Your generosity makes for meaningful year-end bonuses and a whole lot of love for our incredible teachers.

This week our little learners jumped right into exploring all things winter! And in true Open Door fashion, we’re never afraid to get a little messy. Sensory play helps our kiddos engage their senses, spark curiosity, and learn through hands-on discovery.
