One cup of bone broth, 2 cups of blueberries, 1 whole avocado minimum 3 different amino acid profiles (protein sources), 3-4 different fruits, 3-4 different vegetable, a diverse blend of soluble and insoluble fiber.
Fats coming from mono unsaturated sources along with steak and wild caught fish
Eating when your body is ready and asking for fuel
And ensuring we get adequate light exposure and sleep.
And of course pushing your heart rate — and pushing it HARD — every day (even on rest days for those not deep in a prep)
For bodybuilders or people who just simply want to look and feel better, this rule can be universally applied and highly successful."

In the 1970s, the food industry was revolutionized by a guy named Howard Moskowitz who, I am assuming had really good intentions with his work. But what he ended up doing was finding what is now referred to as the “bliss point” for sugar, salt and fat.

Morning protocol to protect against “bad” decisions
*Read till the end and I’ll save you thousands of dollars
- Coffee
- Uridine
- Lions Mane (dose this throughout the day)
- Noopept (amino asylum)
- Selank (amino asylum)
- HIIT + hard training session
- Sauna
- SUNLIGHT
Sunlight is the most underrated component of fitness and bodybuilding progression
The only caveat with HIIT and serotonin, we don’t want to do this fasted in prep
Vitamin D levels need to be adequate (between 50-60 on labs) along with b6 intake
Supplementing with these is fine; yet natural sources are superior
For the HIIT:
We want to do this before, during, or after a training session
Tryoptophan requires carbohydrate intake to pass the blood-brain barrier
Insulin elevates
Drives circulating amino acids into muscles
When this happens, the big ones go first
Tryptophan is a small amino acid
So it gets “left behind” aka left to go to the brain
Without competing against the bigger amino acids
Then, in the brain it will convert to serotonin assuming Vit D and B6 levels are adequate
Anyways, I compiled a great list of my top 8 protocols that I have used to help athletes defeat acne, stop hair loss, lose fat rapidly, not lose muscle during fasting, and the best s*x health protocols for men and women information you will find anywhere

Whats happening wonderful humans!
My name is Danielle Kusenberger, but you can call me Coach D! I have been a coach for 4 years now but with Together More, previously known as Team Mihaly, for 2 years. I started with TM as an athlete 4 years ago, so needless to say I have been part of TM for a very long time!
My fitness journey began after I quit volleyball and quickly rolled into depression and an eating disorder (anorexia). Overcoming that challenge wallowed me to be able to coach my athletes better when they are dealing with their own life struggles through out their journey. have competed 12 times and within every prep is so many lessons that I carry into life and coaching my athletes. I am a retired posing coach for the bikini division as well but I don’t only coach competitors. In fact, 85% of my amazing roster is lifestyle which I adore. Through building muscle, losing body fat, building confidence, showing yourself love through disciple, coaching is a very impactful experience for myself and the athlete.
My greatest fulfillment in life is watching others become their best selves, someones they admire. Being able to help individuals do that through their fitness journey and transformations along with the mental transformation is the greatest experience of all.
With every conversation no matter if it’s with one of my athletes, or another coaches athletes, or even a message here on social media, I want the person to feel impacted towards their own success. Here on Together More, we strive to not only serve every person to their greatest potential but also make sure they know/feel a community of supporters and a safe place together.
I would love to meet every one of y’all and help you step into your journey even more.

Hi everyone! I’m coach Kelly Igo, one of TM’s newest head coaches alongside my fellow head coach and partner in crime, !
I’ve been a TM coach for 4 years and have B.S in nutritional sciences, M.S in nutrition & health promotion and soon to be registered dietitian with 1200+ hours of clinical supervised training & practice in various areas of nutrition including clinical, food service, community nutrition, eating disorders and sports nutrition.
I’m extremely passionate about helping people find the right individualized approach to nutrition and exercise. My name is Justin Stilwell . I grew up playing high school football and was a 4 year starter on the varsity team. Earning all district/ state honors 3 of those years .
Instead of playing college football, I started a family at the age of 18. The age of 24 I had three kids and was 80 lbs overweight. After my divorce I got into the gym and decided to change my lifestyle. I did my first competition at the Dallas Europa in 2011. since then competing in over 25 competitions and earning my IFBB pro status in July 2023. I’ve been helping clients improve their lives for the last 10 years! My main goal with my clients is to find sustainable approach to a healthy and happy lifestyle. I’ve been able to change my life and now have a sense of purpose to help others do the same.

I’m Matias, born and raised in Argentina! Moved to California right after high school and as I decided to step up for myself and becoming my best self, I found my passion for fitness, but that was just the beginning...
Few years later, after becoming a coach, a new fire got lit within me. Being able to help SO MANY people change their lives for the better, by teaching them how to improve their health, and specially how NOT to go back to how they were before, has been life-changing for me. Watching them achieve something they once thought impossible definitely keeps me going!
As a coach, I keep striving to help hard-working people who really show by their actions the desire to change, to be better, to be their BEST. I’ve built so many friendships with my athletes throughout the years, and I really look forward to build many more!
